San Francisco's Best Receiving Warehouse for the Bay Area
Furniture and art for the city, the Peninsula and the East Bay land at our San Francisco receiving warehouse in Hayward and are held until the room is ready.

What a receiving warehouse does for a Bay Area project
A receiving warehouse accepts your vendors’ freight for you, so nothing is left at a job site with no one there to sign. In Hayward each delivery is photographed, checked against the list you sent us and held in climate-controlled storage, then opened for inspection if you ask. When the house is ready, we deliver and place it.

How receiving works at our Hayward warehouse

Receive
Vendors ship to 20183 Mack Street, Hayward, CA 94545, with your project name on every order. Carriers book a dock appointment, Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm, and we ask you for the bill of lading.
Inspect, Photograph, and Document
Our Hayward team checks each delivery's packaging against the list you sent us; damage is reported before storage, and cartons are opened and inspected whenever you ask. Each delivery is photographed and filed in Bond, so the record is waiting when your client asks where the chairs are.
Store
Pieces stay in secured, climate-controlled space, sorted by project, while a Pacific Heights renovation waits on its permits or a Los Altos house waits on its floors.
Deliver and install
On the day you choose, the order crosses the bay to the address, the crew carries each piece to its room and sets it in place, and the packaging goes back on the truck.
Bay Area receiving warehouse, storage unit or 3PL?
| What you get | Receiving warehouse | Self-storage unit | Standard 3PL |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who accepts the freight | Our Hayward team, in your project’s name | Nobody, unless you are there | A dock clerk, as stock |
| When it lands | Packaging photographed and matched to your list | Sits until you come | Scanned into inventory |
| Opening and inspection | Free, whenever you ask | Up to you | Rarely offered |
| Where it waits | Climate-controlled and humidity-controlled, by project | Whatever the unit offers | Racked for picking |
| SoMa towers and hillside houses | Building rules and the carry planned before the truck leaves | You find a mover | Not their work |
| The last step | Carried in, assembled, placed, packaging taken away | Your mover, or you | Curbside or dock pickup |
