A model home has one job: to be finished, styled and ready on the day the builder opens it to buyers. Jubilee Interiors, a Westlake Village design firm, furnishes model homes and sales galleries for home builders, along with private homes. Between January 2025 and July 2026 it brought five projects to Elite Anywhere for model home furniture installation and residential installs around Los Angeles: model homes at two new communities, one sales gallery, and three private homes.

The five projects

WhereWhenWhat was installed
Westlake VillageJanuary 2025A private home: 53 pieces, one day
San PedroAugust 2025Model homes at a new community: 75 pieces over two days
Thousand OaksJanuary 2026A private home: 11 pieces, one day
AlhambraMay 2026Three model homes and a sales gallery at a new community: 171 pieces over two days
TorranceJuly 2026A private home: 57 pieces, one day

Every project ran through our Los Angeles warehouse in Commerce.

How a model-home install differs from a residence

Nobody lives in a model home, but a steady stream of buyers walks through it once it opens. The furniture is chosen to photograph well and to hold up to that traffic, and the install date is set by the builder's sales calendar, not by when the last vendor happens to ship.

That is why the furniture goes to a warehouse first. Jubilee's vendors shipped to Commerce under each project's name. Each delivery is photographed in its packaging as it arrives and checked against the list the designer sent us. If the packaging arrives damaged, we report it before anything is stored, and pieces are opened and inspected on request. Then everything waits in one place, so install day starts with the whole home's furniture accounted for.

One address for every vendor

A community still under construction has no one to sign for a sofa. Shipping to the warehouse means nothing is left at a site door, refused, or sent back.

San Pedro: model homes at a new community

The San Pedro job furnished model homes at a new community: 75 pieces over two days, August 26 and 27, 2025. The crew's photos show more than one home, with two separate kitchens, three living areas and several primary bedrooms. Scaffolding was still up on the buildings next door, a reminder that the models open while the rest of the community is being built.

One living room centers on a cream channel-tufted modular sectional with an octagonal marble coffee table, a gray color-block rug and an arc floor lamp. Another pairs a cream sectional and chaise with a woven coffee table, a striped rug and a potted olive tree. A bedroom sets a charcoal upholstered bed and a navy coverlet against a taupe accent wall, with matching lamps on cream nightstands. At a kitchen island, two white wicker counter stools sit in front of a star-pattern tile backsplash, and a covered balcony holds a six-seat rattan dining set with a glass top and a patterned outdoor rug.

Jubilee shows one of the finished homes on its site as Modern Mediterranean, one of two model homes at the community. It has a balcony off the family room and a first-floor kitchenette that turns part of the home into an in-law suite.

The largest project came in May 2026: three model homes and a sales gallery at a brand-new community in Alhambra. The quote covered 171 pieces, installed over two days, May 11 and 12. Jubilee's design boards came with the job, one for each space, so every piece had a room waiting for it.

The first day's photos include a roof deck set with a round stone-look dining table, two woven lounge chairs and a pair of ribbed planters, with mountains beyond the trees. Indoors there is a child's bedroom with a scalloped bouclé bed, a pink gingham throw, a botanical rug and daisy wallpaper. The second day's photos move up and down the staircases of homes built on more than one level: bedrooms, a dining nook with a curved banquette, a nursery with a crib, home-office desks, counter stools, and rows of white chairs and tables.

Jubilee's photographs of the finished spaces are on its site: California Spanish, Organic Resort, Lakehouse Retreat and the sales gallery, which carries the same warm California Spanish look as the model homes.

Three private homes

Not every Jubilee project is a model. The other three were private homes, received at the same warehouse and installed the same way.

  • Westlake Village, January 2025. 53 pieces in one day, much of it outdoors. The photos show daybeds and lounge seating around the pool, an umbrella, an outdoor dining table and planters, plus a sectional around a wood coffee table inside.
  • Thousand Oaks, January 2026. 11 pieces in one day. The quote added a pickup at Jubilee's own studio, for a sofa, chairs and art for a gallery wall, alongside the vendor shipments held at Commerce.
  • Torrance, July 2026. 57 pieces in one day, including a living room with a cream slipcovered corner sectional, a gray drum ottoman, abstract artwork, a rattan-shade floor lamp and linen drapes.

What made it work

  • The same warehouse every time. Jubilee's vendors learned one address in Commerce and used it for all five projects.
  • Install dates set by the client. For the models, the date came from the builder's opening, and the furniture waited at the warehouse until then.
  • Days sized to the job. A private home took one day. Two communities' worth of model homes took two days each.
  • A finished room, not a delivery. The crew assembled and placed every piece and took the packaging away.

The service is described on our white glove delivery and installation page, and our page for interior designers explains how receiving works for the trade. For the steps in detail, see what white glove delivery includes.

Quick answers.

Do you install model homes for builders?
Yes. Elite Anywhere receives, holds and installs furniture for model homes and sales galleries, working with the designer who furnishes them.
Can furniture for a model home be stored until the sales office opens?
Yes. Vendors ship to our warehouse, where each delivery is photographed as it arrives and checked against the list you send us. The pieces are held until your install date.
How many pieces can you install in one day?
It depends on the home and the access. The Alhambra project placed 171 pieces across three model homes and a sales gallery in two days, and private homes of 53 and 57 pieces each took one day.
Do you also install private homes for designers?
Yes. Three of the five Jubilee projects above were private homes, received at the same warehouse and installed the same way, assembled, placed and with the packaging taken away.
How much does a model-home installation cost?
Every project is quoted individually. The quote depends on the number of pieces, the storage time, the site access and the number of install days. Send us the list and we'll respond within 24 hours.
