Your vendors ship to 38-20 Review Avenue, and each carrier is booked into a weekday slot between 9am and 3pm.
Inspect, Photograph, and Document
Every delivery is photographed and its packaging checked against the list you sent us, and opened piece by piece on request, so damage or a shortage is raised with the vendor. Each piece is recorded against your project in Terminal, where you can see what has arrived without calling.
Store
Goods wait in climate-controlled space, grouped by project, until you confirm the site is ready for them.
Deliver and install
We book the building, bring the whole order across in one trip, then place, assemble and level each piece before taking the packaging away.

What a furniture receiving warehouse does for an NYC project.
A furniture receiving warehouse takes delivery of an NYC project’s furniture before the apartment is ready to hold any of it. Orders from the D&D Building, the New York Design Center and makers all over the country come to our Long Island City dock on Review Avenue, where each piece is photographed and checked on arrival, opened and inspected when you ask for it, and put into climate-controlled space until the contractor is finished.

Co-op and condo boards approve delivery windows weeks ahead, freight elevators are booked by the hour, and a truck that arrives without a booking does not get through the door. When the space is ready, the whole project crosses to Manhattan or Brooklyn in one trip, with the certificate of insurance and the elevator window arranged first, and the crew sets each piece exactly where your plan puts it.
