The Most Trusted Receiving Warehouse for Hotel Projects
Case goods, lighting and art for a hotel opening ship to our receiving warehouse, checked against your FF&E list and held until the rooms can take them.

What a receiving warehouse does for a hotel
A receiving warehouse takes in vendor freight on the hotel’s behalf, so nothing is left in a service corridor or refused at a busy dock. Elite Anywhere receives at 34 warehouse locations. Each arrival is photographed and condition-checked, the FF&E is stored by project in climate-controlled space, and it goes to the property when the rooms are ready.

How hotel receiving works with us

Receive
Each vendor books a delivery slot at the warehouse location closest to the hotel, and our staffed hubs accept freight on weekdays from 9am to 3pm. Your team, your designer or your purchasing agent sends us the FF&E list.
Inspect, Photograph, and Document
We condition-check the outer packaging against the FF&E list on arrival and report damage before storage; a full inspection, with cartons opened, is free whenever you ask. Photos go into Bond under the hotel's project, giving the opening team one view of arrivals and what is still coming.
Store
The package is held together in climate-controlled space while guest rooms are finished, a soft opening moves or a renovation phase overruns. Ask for fresh photos at any point, or come and see the pieces.
Deliver and install
On the dates you set, our crew brings the goods to the property and works around guests and staff. You get a text about 30 minutes before arrival. Pieces are placed, assembled and hung, photographed at delivery, and the sign-off is kept on record.
