Receiving Warehouse in Naples: Stored Until the House Reopens
A sofa ordered in spring for a Port Royal house ships to our Naples receiving warehouse and is photographed and held until the owners come back in the fall.

What a receiving warehouse does for a Naples home
A receiving warehouse signs for freight when nobody is at the property to meet the truck, which in Naples can mean half the year. On Prospect Avenue each shipment is photographed in its packaging, checked against your list and stored in climate-controlled space, then delivered, placed and assembled once the owner or designer says go.

How receiving works on Prospect Avenue

Receive
Freight is addressed to 3590 Prospect Ave, Naples, FL 34104 with your name or project on the label, and carriers book a slot Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm. Send us your list and each vendor’s bill of lading so we know what was shipped.
Inspect, Photograph, and Document
Each arrival's packaging is condition-checked against your list; a crushed crate is reported before storage, and any order is inspected on request. Photos go into Bond under your project, and the client login shows which vendors have delivered and which are in transit, wherever the owner spends the summer.
Store
Pieces are held together in secured, climate-controlled space for as long as the project needs: a Moorings renovation running late, a Mediterra closing, or a whole off-season. You can visit them or ask for fresh photos.
Deliver and install
On the date you set, often the week before the owner flies back, our own crew loads the order on Prospect Avenue and texts about 30 minutes before arriving. Floors and doorways are covered, each piece is placed and assembled, the packaging leaves with the crew, and live tracking shows the truck on its way.
