How receiving works at our Indio warehouse
Receive
Vendors ship to 82585 Showcase Parkway C103, Indio, CA 92203, and the carrier books an appointment Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm. We also ask the sender for the bill of lading, which shows what actually went on the truck.
Inspect, Photograph, and Document
Our Indio staff check the outside packaging against the list you sent us; damage is reported before storage, and cartons are opened for inspection when you ask. Photos go into Bond under your project, so a designer in Palm Desert can tell an out-of-state client the table has arrived.
Store
The order stays together in climate-controlled space through the hot months, or for as long as a remodel in Old Las Palmas runs over. You can visit it, or ask for new photos, at any time.
Deliver and install
On the day you pick, often just before the owners return for the season, the order leaves Indio as one delivery. You get a text about 30 minutes before the crew arrives, and live tracking shows where the truck is until then.
