Room-of-choice delivery
Each piece carried to the room it belongs in — up the stairs, along the hallway, through the service elevator — with professional moving equipment for anything heavy.
Delivery and installation run as one job: furniture brought inside, assembled, leveled, set where it belongs, and the packaging taken away — for homes, offices, hotels, and design projects, by trained crews working from 10 staffed hubs and 22 partner warehouses.
White glove installation is a delivery that ends with the piece built, positioned, and ready to use, not with a carton at the door. Elite Anywhere provides white glove delivery and installation services across the United States from 32 warehouse locations: the crew carries each piece to its room, assembles and levels it, sets it in place, and removes every box and blanket. Art hanging, wall mounting, and light fixture hanging are scoped on request. One company does the driving and the building, so nothing sits half-finished between the truck pulling away and an installer turning up.
Each piece carried to the room it belongs in — up the stairs, along the hallway, through the service elevator — with professional moving equipment for anything heavy.
Furniture built on site by the same crew that carried it in, so nothing waits in a box for a second visit from someone else.
Pieces set where the floor plan or the person in the room says, then leveled and adjusted until they sit right.
Blankets and coverings go on railings, doors, and the rest of the route into the property before the first piece moves.
Art hung, pieces mounted to the wall, and light fixtures hung, chandeliers included — each scoped on request.
Boxes, blankets, and wrapping leave with the crew. The finished delivery is photographed, and your sign-off is kept on record in Bond.
Elite Anywhere provides white glove delivery with home installation nationwide: the customer gets a text about 30 minutes before the crew arrives, the way into the house is protected, and every piece is assembled and placed in its room before anyone leaves. Luxury furniture is often ordered months before the house is ready for it, so orders can ship to one of our receiving warehouses, wait in climate-controlled storage, and go in together on a single day. Condo and high-rise buildings get a certificate of insurance on request. Designers running an install for a client have their own program on our interior designers page.
Elite Anywhere delivers and installs commercial and office furniture — workstations, seating, conference tables, and storage — for businesses, procurement offices, and the dealers who supply them. Product is staged at the warehouse by floor, booked against the building’s dock and elevator times, and assembled and placed one floor after another. The certificate of insurance reaches building management before the crew does. Relocating an office that already exists is a different job, covered by our office moving service; dealers who need more installation capacity have the office furniture dealer program; and furniture that has to come out first goes through reverse logistics.
A hotel opening is the same set of pieces, placed the same way, a few hundred times over, against a date that does not move. We hold the goods in climate-controlled storage near the property and install in the order the site calls for. This page covers installation day itself. The whole project service — vendor receiving, project warehousing, and sequenced delivery across more than one property — lives on our FF&E logistics page.
Elite Anywhere offers white glove delivery with trained installation crews, and the number of installers is set by the job: what the pieces weigh, how they come apart, and what stands between the truck and the room. A single armchair and a twelve-seat dining table do not get the same crew. Heavy items move on professional equipment, not muscle alone, and artwork is handled by trained art handlers. When the last piece is in place, the crew asks in person whether everything is right. If the job is delivery with no installation scope, start at our white glove delivery service page.
Five steps, one company: the team that plans the delivery is the team that carries it in and builds it.
Tell us the pieces, the address, and what installed means for this job: assembly, placement, anything going on a wall or hanging from a ceiling. We’ll respond within 24 hours.
Goods still on their way ship to our warehouse, where they are photographed, condition-checked against your list, and stored until the site is ready.
We set the date with you and the building, send a certificate of insurance where one is required, and text about 30 minutes ahead of arrival.
The crew covers railings and doors along the route, then carries each piece to its room.
Pieces are assembled, leveled, and placed. Packaging leaves with the crew, and the finished job is photographed and signed off.
