Vendors ship to 325 W Silverbell Rd Suite 220, Lake Orion, MI 48359, and carriers book an appointment Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm. Send us your list of what is coming and the bill of lading for each order.

Inspect, Photograph, and Document

Crates and cartons are condition-checked against the list you sent us; damage is reported before storage, and any crate is opened for a full inspection when you ask. Every delivery is photographed and entered in Bond under your project, and the record stays with the piece into the room.

Store

Pieces wait together, secured and climate-controlled, while a Grosse Pointe kitchen is finished or a February storm pushes back the install. You can visit them or ask for fresh photos at any time.

Can I have furniture shipped to your warehouse instead of my house?
Yes, and for a home under renovation it is usually the safer choice. Give each vendor the Lake Orion address with your name or project on the order, send us the list of what is coming, and it waits in storage until the rooms are ready. Do you receive for interior designers in Birmingham and Bloomfield Hills?
Yes. Designers working in Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield or the Grosse Pointes send trade orders to one address, follow each arrival through their client login, and book the install once the painters have gone. We can also collect a piece from a Troy showroom and record its condition before it travels. Galleries and art collectors use the same service.
Do you handle commercial and hotel deliveries in Detroit?
Yes. Retailers, online sellers, furniture manufacturers and procurement offices ship stock and project orders to Lake Orion, where they are signed for, held by project and released in the order the job needs. Hotel FF&E goes in while the property stays open, with our crew working around guests.
What if a shipment arrives damaged?
Its packaging is photographed as it comes in. If that packaging is damaged, we tell you before anything is stored and you decide whether we open it; inspection on request costs nothing.
