Shipments being received at an Elite Anywhere warehouse

Why Las Vegas projects use a receiving warehouse

A receiving warehouse is a commercial dock that signs for freight in your name, so a truck never has to find a half-built house in Skye Canyon or a condo with no loading zone. At West Cheyenne each shipment is photographed in its packaging, checked against your list and stored in climate-controlled space until the delivery date.

What our Las Vegas receiving covers

Receiving at an Elite Anywhere warehouse
Appointments freight carriers accept
LTL drivers want a commercial dock and fixed hours. West Cheyenne books them Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm, so no liftgate truck sits outside a guard gate in The Ridges waiting for someone to answer.
A photo record from the first minute
Packaging is photographed as each delivery comes off the truck, and the images are filed in Bond under your project, ready to send to a vendor if something looks wrong.
Inspection whenever you ask
Cartons are opened and inspected piece by piece whenever you ask, at no charge. If packaging arrives crushed or torn, we tell you before it is stored and you decide what happens next.
Storage built for desert air
Wood, leather and upholstery wait in climate-controlled space with humidity control, not a Green Valley garage through a July afternoon. Furniture storage has no minimum period.
Every vendor on one delivery
Orders from different makers are grouped under your project name and leave together, so a Southern Highlands living room is finished in a single visit. Interior designers can point every project at the same address.
Strays traced to their owner
Roughly two shipments in ten arrive without any notice. When one turns up, the carrier or the sender is called to find the project it belongs to.
Condo towers and guard gates planned for
High-rise residences near the Strip often want a certificate of insurance before a crew goes up, and we send it ahead. Give us the gate instructions for MacDonald Highlands or Anthem when you book.
Placement and packaging removal
Our crew protects the route in, carries each piece to its room, assembles and places it, then takes every carton and blanket away.

How receiving works on West Cheyenne

Received boxes logged and stored at an Elite Anywhere warehouse
1

Receive

Vendors ship to 2305 W. Cheyenne, Las Vegas, NV 89032 with your name or project on the label, and carriers book a weekday appointment between 9am and 3pm. Send us your list and the bill of lading so we know what was actually shipped.

2

Inspect, Photograph, and Document

Each delivery's outer packaging is condition-checked against your list; damage is reported before storage, and a full inspection of the contents is done on request. Photos go into Bond under your project, and your login shows what has landed and what is still on a truck somewhere on I-15.

3

Store

Pieces stay together in secured, climate-controlled space while a Lake Las Vegas home waits on its certificate of occupancy or a hotel suite refresh slips a week. Ask for fresh photos at any point.

4

Deliver and install

On the date you pick, our own crew loads the order at West Cheyenne, texts about 30 minutes before arriving and protects the route in. Each piece is placed and assembled, live tracking shows where the truck is, and the packaging leaves with the crew.

Frequently asked questions

Las Vegas receiving: your questions

Is there a furniture receiving warehouse in Las Vegas?
Yes. Ours is at 2305 W. Cheyenne in North Las Vegas, and it takes vendor freight by appointment, Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm. Furniture, lighting, rugs and art are photographed and held there for homes, hotels and offices anywhere in the valley. Questions before a shipment leaves: (725) 302-3544.
Can pallets and LTL freight be delivered to your Las Vegas warehouse?
Yes. Palletized and crated freight comes in at the West Cheyenne dock, where it is photographed and checked against your list. Retailers, online sellers and furniture manufacturers use it for stock headed to a store or a customer’s home, and our own crew handles the last stretch to the room.
Do you receive FF&E for Las Vegas hotel and resort projects?
Yes. A resort room refresh or a restaurant fit-out draws on many suppliers, each shipping on its own schedule. Shipments are logged against your list, grouped by floor or room type, and released in the sequence your installers need. Hotel work runs while the property stays open, with crews working around guests.
Can furniture wait at your warehouse until my new build is finished?
Yes. New construction in Skye Canyon, Inspirada or Summerlin often runs past its date, and an open job site is no place to leave a delivery. Pieces stay in climate-controlled storage with no minimum period, you can visit them, and fresh photos are sent whenever you ask.
What if a shipment arrives damaged?
The packaging is photographed the moment it is unloaded. If a carton is dented, crushed or wet, we tell you before anything goes into storage and you decide whether it is opened; inspection on request costs nothing. Those photos are the record you take to the vendor. The full process is on our receiving warehouse page.
How much does receiving cost in Las Vegas?
Each Las Vegas job gets its own quote. The price turns on how many vendors are shipping, the size and weight of the pieces, how long they stay in storage, and where they finish, from a Strip high-rise to a Boulder City ranch house. Send us your vendor list and we’ll respond within 24 hours.

Freight headed for a Las Vegas home that isn’t finished?

Point your vendors to West Cheyenne and tell us when the house, suite or showroom will be ready. We’ll respond within 24 hours and bring the whole order in on one delivery.
