Your Grand Rapids Receiving Warehouse Until Move-In Day
Case goods for a Heritage Hill Victorian or a Saugatuck lake house ship to our Grand Rapids receiving warehouse in Byron Center, checked against your list.

What a receiving warehouse does in West Michigan
A receiving warehouse takes deliveries in your place, so freight lands at a dock rather than on a front porch in January. For Grand Rapids projects that dock is in Byron Center: shipments are photographed in their packaging, checked against your list and kept in climate-controlled storage until our crew delivers the full order.

How receiving works at Byron Center

Receive
Vendors ship to 1001 76th St SW, Byron Center, MI 49315, with your project name on the label, and book an appointment Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm. Send us your list and the bill of lading for each order.
Inspect, Photograph, and Document
The outer packaging is condition-checked against your list; if anything looks damaged we tell you first, and cartons are opened for a full inspection on request. Each shipment is photographed and logged in Bond, and your client login shows what has reached Byron Center and what is still coming.
Store
Pieces stay together in climate-controlled space while an East Hills kitchen is tiled or a Grand Haven cottage sits closed until spring. You can visit them, or ask for new photos, at any time.
Deliver and install
On the date you pick, our own crew loads the whole order, texts about 30 minutes before arriving, protects floors and railings on the way in, then places and assembles each piece and takes the packaging away.
