Interior Designers' Preferred Receiving Warehouse for Vendors
Give your trade suppliers the address of our receiving warehouse for interior designers, where every arrival is photographed and held under your project name.

What designer receiving means
Designer receiving is the step between the vendor and the finished room. Your orders ship to our receiving warehouse instead of the client’s home, a dock team signs for them, each arrival is photographed and condition-checked against your list, and the pieces wait in climate-controlled storage until the site can take them.
What’s included when designers ship to us

One ship-to address per project
Arrival photos you can pass along
A login that shows the whole order
Inspection on your say-so, free of charge
Freight with no paperwork, traced
Damage claims filed with the vendor
Held together until the site is ready
Placement on install day
How designer receiving works, from order to install

Receive
Tell us where the project is and we give you the address of the warehouse that serves it. Vendors book a delivery appointment; at our staffed hubs the dock takes freight Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm. We ask for the bill of lading so we know what actually shipped.
Inspect, Photograph, and Document
The outer packaging is condition-checked against your list, and damage is reported before storage; full inspection, with the cartons opened, happens whenever you request it. Every arrival is photographed and entered in Bond under your project, so what your login shows matches the warehouse floor.
Store
The order stays together in climate-controlled space while the floors cure, the millwork goes in or a closing date moves. You can come and look at a piece, or ask us for new photos of it.
Deliver and install
When the site is ready, we deliver on the date you choose and you can follow the truck with live tracking. A text goes out about 30 minutes ahead, then the crew places, assembles and hangs each piece. We hang light fixtures; your electrician wires them.
Our receiving warehouse, the client’s home or a storage unit?
| What you get | Receiving warehouse | Self-storage unit | Standard 3PL |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who meets the carrier | A dock team, by appointment, under your project name | The client, or you, waiting through a delivery window | No one, unless you are there |
| Will trade vendors deliver there | Yes, it is a commercial dock | Often only to the curb or the garage | Rarely; most units cannot accept freight |
| What is recorded on arrival | Packaging photos and a check against your list; inspection on request | Whatever the client happens to notice | Nothing |
| Waiting for the rooms | Climate-controlled and grouped by project | Stacked in a garage or a finished room | Depends on the unit |
| Condo and building rules | Certificate of insurance issued in advance | Left to the client | You hire a mover who has one |
| Install day | Placed, assembled, packaging taken away | The client unpacks, or a second crew comes | You arrange the move yourself |
