Receiving Warehouse in Kansas City for Hotel and Office FF&E
Furniture for Kansas City homes and projects ships to our receiving warehouse in North Kansas City, photographed and checked against your list on arrival.

What a receiving warehouse does for a Kansas City project
A receiving warehouse accepts deliveries on your behalf, so a freight truck goes to a dock rather than a house mid-renovation or an office still being fitted out. At Gentry Street, each shipment is photographed in its packaging, checked against the list you sent us and stored in climate-controlled space. When the site is ready, everything goes out together.

How receiving works at Gentry Street

Receive
Vendors address freight to 1416 Gentry St, North Kansas City, MO 64116, and each delivery is booked by appointment, Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm. Send us your list and the bill of lading first.
Inspect, Photograph, and Document
Every crate and carton is condition-checked against your list; a crushed corner is reported before storage, and any order is inspected on request. Each delivery's photos are filed in Bond under your project, where your login shows what has arrived in North Kansas City and what is coming.
Store
Pieces wait in secured, climate-controlled space, grouped by project, while a Brookside kitchen is finished or an Overland Park office fit-out runs past its date.
Deliver and install
On your date, our own crew loads the whole order in North Kansas City, texts about 30 minutes out and protects the route in, then places and assembles each piece and leaves with the packaging. Live tracking shows you where it is.
