It all starts at our own staffed warehouse at 20183 Mack Street in Hayward, where every piece is checked and photographed before it crosses a bridge to you.

San Francisco buildings set the terms of a delivery. SoMa, Mission Bay and Rincon Hill towers want a certificate of insurance and a reserved freight elevator before a crew is let in, so both are arranged before the truck leaves Hayward. On the hills of Pacific Heights and Noe Valley the truck often cannot stop at the door, and Victorian flats come with narrow stairs and tight turns, so the carry is planned in advance. Inside, the crew places each piece in the room you choose, unpacks and assembles it, and takes every carton and crate away. Pieces waiting on an install date stay in climate-controlled storage in Hayward.
