Chicago's Go-To Receiving Warehouse: Everything in One Trip
Trade orders for a Gold Coast condo or a Winnetka house are photographed at our Chicago receiving warehouse in Bedford Park and kept until the house is ready.

What a receiving warehouse does for a Chicago project
A receiving warehouse accepts freight on your behalf, so no truck shows up at a house that is still being painted. In Bedford Park, each shipment is photographed in its packaging, checked against the list you sent us and stored in climate-controlled space. Once the rooms are finished, everything goes out together.

How receiving works at Bedford Park

Receive
Vendors ship to 6801 W 66th Pl, Bedford Park, IL 60638, with your project name on the label, and carriers book a slot Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm. Send us the bill of lading so we know what actually left the factory.
Inspect, Photograph, and Document
The packaging is condition-checked against your list; a crushed carton is reported before storage, and you decide whether it is opened or fully inspected. Each arrival is photographed and logged in Bond, where your login shows what has landed; unannounced shipments are traced through the carrier or vendor.
Store
Pieces wait in climate-controlled space, grouped by project, while new plaster cures in a Kenilworth renovation or a River North condo works through its punch list.
Deliver and install
On the date you choose, our own crew loads the complete order in Bedford Park, texts about 30 minutes before arriving, then places, assembles and levels each piece and takes the packaging away.
