Your San Antonio Receiving Warehouse for Hotels and Apartments
Sofas for a Terrell Hills remodel or a condo at the Pearl ship to our San Antonio receiving warehouse and stay out of the Texas sun until our crew delivers.

Why San Antonio projects use a receiving warehouse
A receiving warehouse is a business address that takes delivery for you, so a freight carrier backs up to a dock rather than a half-finished house in Olmos Park or a hotel floor mid-renovation. At Commerce Parkway, each shipment is photographed, its packaging condition-checked against the list you sent us, then kept in climate-controlled space until the room is ready.

How receiving works on Commerce Parkway

Receive
Vendors ship to 5126 Commerce Parkway, San Antonio, TX 78218, with your name or project on every label, and each carrier books a weekday appointment from 9am to 3pm. Before anything leaves the vendor, email us what is coming and its bill of lading. Questions about an inbound load go to (210) 972-6778.
Inspect, Photograph, and Document
The outside of every crate and carton is condition-checked against your list; damage is reported before shelving, and any shipment is inspected in full whenever you ask. Photos go into Bond against your project, and your client's login shows what has come in and what is on the road.
Store
Your pieces are kept side by side in secured, climate-controlled space while a Monte Vista restoration runs long or a Stone Oak new build waits on its certificate of occupancy. Visit them, or ask for fresh photos, whenever you need to.
Deliver and install
Once the house can take it, the complete order is loaded on the northeast side and our own crew texts about 30 minutes out, then covers doors, railings and the rest of the route in. Every piece is placed and assembled, the packaging leaves on the truck, and live tracking shows you where the delivery is.
Where should San Antonio freight go: receiving warehouse, storage unit or 3PL?
| What you get | Receiving warehouse | Self-storage unit | Standard 3PL |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who signs for the delivery | Commerce Parkway, under your project name | Only you, if you can meet the truck | Warehouse staff, as stock on a shelf |
| A dock freight carriers will book | Yes, weekdays by appointment | Seldom; most units cannot take LTL freight | Yes |
| What you get when it lands | Packaging photos, your list checked, inspection on request | No record until your next visit | An inventory scan |
| Through a San Antonio summer | Climate and humidity control, pieces kept by project | Depends on the facility | Racking set up for quick turnover |
| Into a historic home or a hotel | Our own crew, route protected, certificate of insurance issued | Up to you and whoever you hire | Usually outside the contract |
| How the job ends | Placed, assembled, packaging taken away | You haul it yourself | Left at a dock or the door |
