Receiving Warehouse in Seattle: Our Crew Delivers to the Room
Sofas and patio sets for a Queen Anne remodel or a Bellevue new build ship to our Seattle receiving warehouse in Lakewood, photographed and kept dry.

Receiving warehouse, explained for Puget Sound projects
A receiving warehouse is a commercial dock that signs for freight in your place, so a truck never has to find a house that is still under construction. For the Seattle area, Elite Anywhere receives at 9725 47th Ave SW in Lakewood: each delivery is photographed in its packaging, logged under your project and stored in climate-controlled space.
What you get from the Lakewood dock

Rainy-season arrivals put on record
Cartons opened when you ask, free
Dry, climate-controlled holding
Unexpected deliveries matched to a project
One delivery day, not five
Building rules settled before the truck leaves
Five steps from the Lakewood dock to your room

Receive
Vendors ship to 9725 47th Ave SW, Bldg #20 Ste A, Lakewood, WA 98499, with your name or project on the label. Carriers book a weekday slot between 9am and 3pm. Send us your list and each bill of lading so we know what actually left the vendor.
Inspect, Photograph, and Document
As freight is unloaded, the outside packaging is condition-checked against your list; a wet or crushed carton is reported before storage, and a full inspection happens whenever you ask. The arrival photos go into Bond, where your login shows what has landed in Lakewood and what is in transit.
Store
Everything waits in secured, climate-controlled space with humidity control while a Madrona remodel runs late or a Sammamish new build waits for its occupancy permit. Visit the pieces, or ask for fresh photos, whenever you like.
Deliver and install
On your date, our own crew loads the order at Lakewood and takes it to Seattle, the Eastside or the South Sound, with live tracking and a text about 30 minutes out. Floors and railings are covered first; each piece is placed and assembled, and the packaging leaves with the crew.
Receiving warehouse, storage unit or 3PL around Seattle?
| What you get | Receiving warehouse | Self-storage unit | Standard 3PL |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who signs for the freight | Our Lakewood team, logged to your project | Nobody, unless you meet the truck yourself | Warehouse staff, booked in as inventory |
| A wet or crushed carton | Photographed and reported before it is stored | Discovered on your next visit | Handled under the contract terms |
| Holding through a damp winter | Climate-controlled with humidity control | Varies; some are drive-up units with none | Built for fast turnover, not furniture |
| Opening the cartons | On request, at no charge | You do it | Rarely, unless it is in the contract |
| Condo towers and hillside houses | Route protected, insurance certificate issued | You hire movers | Not usually offered |
| The finish | Placed and assembled in the room, packaging gone | You move everything again | Ends at a dock door or the curb |
