FF&E movers, logistics, and installation, from the warehouse to the final install.

One team of FF&E movers, warehouse staff, and installers — vendor receiving, project warehousing, sequenced delivery, and professional installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for hospitality, commercial, and design projects nationwide.

Include specific details such as pickup from and delivering to complete address, type of items, number of items, weight of each item, dimensions (L x W x H), current packaging type, and estimated value of the order.

Built for the whole project

FF&E is a program, not a single delivery.

A single project pulls furniture, fixtures, and equipment from dozens of vendors on different timelines. FF&E logistics means one accountable partner receives every shipment, protects it in storage, and installs it in the right order — so the space opens on schedule and on standard.

Elite Anywhere coordinates warehousing, delivery, and white-glove installation of hospitality FF&E across multiple sites from one account. The network behind it is 10 staffed hubs plus partner warehouses in 22 more markets — 32 warehouse locations in all — so each property on a rollout receives, stores, and installs locally.

The FF&E standard

Held to a project standard, not a delivery standard.

FF&E projects fail in the gaps between vendors, storage, and the install crew. We close those gaps with one team and one system of record.

  • One accountable partner across every vendor
  • Item-level inventory in a single system
  • Phased, floor-by-floor install scheduling
  • Trained, uniformed installation crews
  • Nationwide reach with local execution
  • Photo documentation and closeout reporting
FF&E logistics for every environment

Built for hospitality, commercial, and design projects.

From a single boutique install to a multi-property rollout, the program scales to the project. Denver and Los Angeles projects run through our own staffed hubs there — see FF&E Denver and FF&E Los Angeles — and every other market runs through the same system.

Frequently asked questions

FF&E logistics, explained.

What is FF&E logistics?
FF&E logistics is the receiving, storage, delivery, and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for a project — managed as one coordinated program rather than separate vendor deliveries.
What does FF&E stand for?
Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment — the movable furnishings and finishes installed in a hospitality, commercial, or residential project.
Do you install FF&E, or only deliver it?
Both. We receive and store the package, deliver it in sequence, and install to the design drawings — then handle punch and closeout.
Can you handle multi-site or phased rollouts?
Yes. We coordinate consolidated receiving and phased, floor-by-floor installation across buildings and markets nationwide.
What do FF&E movers do that a freight carrier doesn’t?
A freight carrier hands cartons to the dock; FF&E movers manage what happens on either side of it. Elite Anywhere receives from every vendor, warehouses the goods by project, moves them to site in install order, and sends crews trained to assemble, place, and level each piece.
Do you provide FF&E warehousing and transportation between markets?
Yes. Goods are held in climate-controlled warehousing in the project’s own market, and moved between markets on our own network when a rollout spans cities — condition photographed on arrival, with inspection whenever you ask.
Can you de-install the outgoing FF&E before the new package goes in?
Yes. Renovations usually begin with a clear-out, and our reverse logistics crews handle FF&E de-installation — taking down, wrapping, and removing the outgoing furniture, fixtures, and equipment so the space is ready for the incoming install.
