Your Connecticut Receiving Warehouse for Every Vendor Order
A sofa from North Carolina and a table from a Westport showroom land at our Connecticut receiving warehouse in West Haven and wait until the house is ready.

Receiving, explained for Connecticut homes and offices
A receiving warehouse takes delivery of freight in your name when the address it is meant for cannot. At 38 Boston Post Road in West Haven, each shipment is signed for by appointment, photographed in its packaging, checked against your list and kept in climate-controlled storage until the house, office or hotel floor is ready.

How receiving works at West Haven

Receive
Vendors ship to 38 Boston Post Rd, West Haven, CT 06516, with your name or project on the label, and the carrier books a slot Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm. Send us your list of what is coming and the bill of lading for each order.
Inspect, Photograph, and Document
Off the truck, the outside packaging is condition-checked against your list; damage is reported before storage, and cartons are opened for a full inspection whenever you ask. Photos go into Bond under your project; your login shows arrivals, what is in transit, and lets you message the warehousing team.
Store
The order is kept together in climate-controlled space while a Darien kitchen waits on its stone or a Guilford summer house stays closed until spring. Visit whenever you like, or ask for new photos.
Deliver and install
On your date, our own crew loads the order in West Haven and you can track it live. A text comes about 30 minutes before arrival; the route in is covered, each piece is placed and assembled, and the packaging leaves with the crew.
