Brahma Interiors and Elase Med Spa: Eight Locations, One Warehouse

Brahma Interiors was furnishing eight Elase Med Spa locations across Dallas and Houston. Every carton came through a single warehouse first. Here is how the rollout ran.

Opening one location is a delivery. Opening eight is a sorting problem. In January 2026 Brahma Interiors, furnishing eight Elase Med Spa locations across the Dallas and Houston areas, ran its multi-location furniture installation through one Elite Anywhere warehouse: receiving, sorting by site, delivery, assembly and artwork hanging.

Brahma Interiors redesigned the prototype for Elase's med spa locations. On its own project page the firm describes the brief as a space with "calm, peacefulness, and refined simplicity", built from natural materials, organic textures and a neutral palette. Our part was getting that design out of the cartons and into five locations in two days, followed a week later by a separate artwork run.

The sorting problem

The furniture, rugs, pillows and artwork came from more than one retailer, and the shipments started arriving at Del Valle in mid-December 2025. Many cartons arrived without the project sidemark on the label, so nothing on the box said which of the eight locations it belonged to.

Several of the sites share the same look. The lounges in Webster and Colleyville both have cream swivel chairs and paired framed abstracts, so what is inside a carton does not tell you its address. The list does. Our warehouse team worked from the designer's inventory list for each site and sorted every arrival against it. By the time the trucks were loaded, each location had its own staged set.

At the designer's request, the artwork, pillows and rugs were also inspected at the warehouse. Inspection is available on any project on request. The outside packaging of every carton is checked and photographed when it arrives, damaged packaging is reported to you before anything is stored, and the contents are opened and inspected when you ask.

For multi-site projects

Send one list per location. A carton with no site name on it can still be matched to the right address if the warehouse has your list to check it against.

What one room needed

Take the consult room in Webster. Its set was a black table, two cream upholstered chairs, a fluted oak sideboard, a large marbled rug in gray and blue, and a large black-and-cream textured artwork for the blush wall. Every one of those pieces had to reach the same room on the same day, and the rug goes down before the table and chairs are set on it.

The waiting lounge at the same site took five cream swivel chairs, a metal side table, an olive tree in a white planter, and a pair of framed blue-and-cream abstracts hung side by side above the chairs. Multiply that by each room at each site, and the inventory list stops being an admin task and becomes the install plan.

Two cities in two days

The Houston-area leg ran on January 20. The crew started at Bunker Hill in Houston, 28 pieces, and completed it by late morning. Clear Lake in Webster came next. At 55 pieces it was the larger of the two, and it was complete by mid-afternoon. At each location the furniture was carried in, assembled and placed, and the artwork was hung.

The Dallas-area leg ran the next day: three locations in one day, with the first stop booked for 9:30 in the morning. Plano came first with 31 pieces, then Dallas West Village with 42, and Colleyville with 38 completed the day.

Each stop had its own set. In Colleyville the crew furnished the lounge corner with two cream swivel chairs with striped pillows, a pedestal side table and a pair of earth-tone framed abstracts, and hung a second pair of large abstracts in terracotta, ochre and gray along a corridor. In West Village, large framed abstracts went up in sequence along a corridor. In Plano, a single large-format piece anchors a gray-blue wall.

A week later: the artwork run

On January 28 a second run hung artwork at three Houston-area locations: The Woodlands, Sugar Land and a return visit to Bunker Hill. The day before, the client received the stop schedule and an 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. arrival window for the first stop.

Artwork does not have to travel with the furniture. When the art for a site is ready on a different date from the rest of the room, it can go out on a run of its own and be hung then.

A named contact at every stop

Shortly before the Dallas run, the client sent new on-site contacts for the Dallas locations, and we added them to the schedule for each site. On a multi-stop day, every location has a named on-site contact and a phone number, so the crew knows who will meet them at each door.

What made it work

  • One warehouse for eight sites. Every vendor had one address to ship to, from mid-December on.
  • A list for each location. Cartons without a sidemark were matched to the right site before install day, not on it.
  • Stops in a set order. Three Dallas-area locations in one day, starting with a 9:30 a.m. booking in Plano.
  • The full scope on one visit. At each location the pieces were carried in, assembled and placed, and the art was hung.
  • A schedule sent ahead. For the artwork run, the client had the stop order and the first-stop arrival window the day before.

Brahma Interiors shows the finished spaces on its own site under Elase Med Spa. The service is the same one described on our white glove delivery and installation page, repeated across sites. If you are planning a rollout, our interior designer logistics page explains how receiving and installation fit together, and our guide to what white glove delivery includes covers the service itself.

Quick answers

Can one warehouse stage furniture for several locations at once?
Yes. Each location is tracked as its own set against the list you send us, so pieces for different addresses are kept apart and loaded in stop order.
Can you install at more than one location in a single day?
Yes. On this project the crew installed three Dallas-area locations on January 21, 2026, in Plano, Dallas and Colleyville, with the first stop booked for 9:30 a.m.
Do you hang artwork as part of an installation?
Yes. Artwork hanging was part of the scope at every location in this rollout, alongside furniture delivery and assembly.
Can artwork be hung on a separate visit from the furniture?
Yes. Here, a separate run on January 28 hung artwork at three Houston-area locations, a week after the main installs.
What if cartons arrive without the project name on them?
We match them against your inventory list for each site. It helps to ask vendors to put the project and location on every label, but a missing label does not stop the job.
Do you inspect pieces when they arrive?
The outside packaging is checked and photographed when it arrives, and damaged packaging is reported to you before anything is stored. Opening and inspecting the contents happens on request. On this project the designer asked for the artwork, pillows and rugs to be inspected.
How is a multi-location rollout priced?
Every project is quoted individually. The quote depends on the number of locations, the pieces at each one, storage time and the install schedule. Send us your lists and we'll respond within 24 hours.
