Collection & pickup
A crew collects the piece from the home, showroom, store, or job site, documents its condition before transit, and wraps it for the road.
Returns collected, fixtures de-installed, goods repacked, stored, and routed for repair, restock, vendor return, transfer, or approved disposal — for furniture brands, retailers, interior designers, and hospitality projects, from 10 staffed hubs and 22 partner warehouses across the country.
Reverse logistics is the supply chain run backward: moving goods from where they ended up to wherever they should go next. Elite Anywhere provides white glove reverse logistics for furniture, fixtures, and other high-value goods — collection, de-installation, repacking, climate-controlled storage, and routing for repair, restock, return to vendor, transfer, or disposal as approved — from 32 warehouse locations across the United States. This is not parcel-scale e-commerce returns processing. It is the same careful handling our deliveries get, run in the other direction, by the same crews and the same warehouses.
A crew collects the piece from the home, showroom, store, or job site, documents its condition before transit, and wraps it for the road.
Fixtures, displays, and installed pieces taken down, protected, and packed for the move out — without leaving marks on the space they came from.
Each return photographed, condition-checked against the list you sent us, and opened and inspected whenever you ask, at no charge. The record is filed in Bond.
Damaged cartons replaced, pieces repacked in fresh materials, and crates built in-house when something valuable moves on to another market.
A place for goods to wait while you decide what happens next — days or months, tracked the whole time.
Repair-route, restock, return to vendor, transfer between locations, prepare for re-export, or dispose as approved. You decide; we execute.
When a store closes, refreshes, or swaps a floor set, everything on it has to go somewhere — and most of it is too valuable to write off. We de-install fixtures and displays, pack them properly, and hold them until the next location is ready, then transfer, restock, or dispose of them as you approve. For the outbound half of retail — openings, rollouts, and customer delivery — see our luxury retail logistics page.
A renovation starts with a building full of furniture that has to come out before anything new goes in. We de-install FF&E floor by floor, pack what is worth keeping, store it climate-controlled, and route each piece the way the project directs — to another property, back to a vendor, to repair, or to approved disposal. The property keeps operating; the crew works around guests, service elevators, and the schedule you set.
When a piece arrives wrong, gets refused, or does not survive the client meeting, someone has to get it back to the vendor in sellable condition. Designers hand that to us: we collect it from the project, repack it to survive the trip, and return it to the vendor — or hold it until the vendor says where it should go. The same warehouses that receive your orders handle what comes back, so one call covers both directions.
Furniture brands and manufacturers use us as the return address: customer returns and showroom pullbacks come to our warehouses, where each piece is photographed, checked against the list you sent us, and routed — repaired and restocked, transferred to another market, or prepared for re-export or domestic routing through our international shipping service. Returns can run as part of a standing 3PL and fulfillment program, or as a one-off project.
Five steps, one company. You set the disposition; we run the miles, the dock, and the record.
Send us the list of what is coming back and the disposition you want for each piece: repair, restock, return to vendor, transfer, or disposal.
The crew picks up the return or de-installs the fixture, documents its condition before transit, and wraps it for the road.
At the warehouse, each piece is photographed, condition-checked against your list, and anything off gets flagged to you before it is stored.
Goods wait in climate-controlled storage, logged in Bond, until the disposition is settled.
We repair-route, restock, return to vendor, transfer, prepare for re-export, or dispose as approved — and send you the record.
