Receiving & intake
Arriving stock photographed and condition-checked against the list you sent us; damaged packaging is reported to you before the piece is stored, and cartons are opened and inspected whenever you ask, free.
Fulfillment for furniture and other oversized, high-value goods: orders received and checked against your inventory, held in climate-controlled storage, and delivered into the customer’s home — assembled, placed, and signed off — for furniture brands and manufacturers, online sellers of oversized goods, showrooms, and interior designers.
White glove fulfillment is order fulfillment for goods that cannot ride the parcel network — furniture, lighting, art, and other pieces too large, heavy, or valuable for a conveyor and a doorstep drop. Elite Anywhere provides white-glove fulfillment services for premium brands from 32 warehouse locations across the United States: each order is photographed on arrival, held in climate-controlled storage, wrapped for the road, and delivered into the customer’s room of choice, where the crew assembles it, places it, and takes the packaging away. We are not a parcel-scale 3PL and do not compete on cost per pick. We are the fulfillment operation for products where the delivery is part of the product.

Finished goods held at a steady temperature until an order calls for them — weeks or seasons — with the condition record filed in Bond.
B2B and e-commerce orders picked, packed, labeled, and shipped as an ongoing program, by warehouse teams whose aisles hold casegoods and sofas, not bins.
Crates built in-house when a carton is not protection enough, and fresh materials for anything fragile or traveling far — including climate-controlled transport.
Our crews bring each order inside, protect the route through the property, assemble and place the piece, remove every scrap of packaging, and record the customer’s sign-off.
When something comes back, the same network collects it, repacks it, and routes it for restock, repair, or vendor return through our reverse logistics service.
A premium piece can leave the factory perfect and still fail at the threshold — scuffed in a trailer, dumped at a curb, assembled badly by whoever was available. Furniture brands and manufacturers hand Elite Anywhere everything after the sale: production comes into our warehouses, waits in climate-controlled storage near your customers, and goes out with crews trained to install what they deliver. Your team gets a login to our own warehouse management system to watch deliveries on the way, item status, and shipment tracking, and to message the warehousing team directly.
Selling oversized goods online means checkout promises a living room, not a curbside. We hold your inventory, pick and pack each sale, and run the white glove last mile: the customer is texted about 30 minutes before the crew arrives, the piece goes to its room, assembly happens on the spot, and the boxes leave with the crew. If your product fits in a padded mailer, a parcel 3PL will serve you cheaper; if it needs trained hands and a padded truck, this is the program built for it.
Showroom replenishment, dealer orders, staging inventory, procurement programs — B2B fulfillment where the goods are worth protecting and the delivery address is often a building with rules. Elite Anywhere provides a certificate of insurance when a building requires one, delivers on appointment windows the site can live with, and runs standing programs through our 3PL warehousing service. Project-based orders — a designer’s install, a hospitality package — arrive through our receiving warehouses and hold until the site is ready.
The mechanics are what any fulfillment provider runs — orders picked, packed, labeled, distributed, and shipped — sized for goods a conveyor cannot carry. Picking means moving a credenza without marking it; packing means blankets, corner protection, and an in-house crate when the piece calls for one. Distribution runs across the whole network, so stock can stage at the warehouse location nearest your customers before the white glove leg begins.
One program, five steps: you send the list, we run the warehouse, the roads, and the record.
Tell us what is coming, what each product needs, and how orders should move: storage only, pick-and-pack, delivery with installation, or all of it.
Every arrival is photographed and condition-checked against your inventory, and anything off is flagged to you before the piece goes into the racks.
Stock holds at a steady temperature, logged in Bond, until an order comes in.
The order is picked, packed, crated in-house when a carton is not enough, and staged for the route.
The crew texts the customer about 30 minutes out, protects the route into the home, assembles and places the piece, removes the packaging, and records the sign-off.
