Elite Anywhere delivery — customer signing at the doorstep of a Houston home
The Elite Anywhere difference

Houston's accountable logistics partner.

Houston furnishes on a large scale and in difficult weather. River Oaks and Memorial homes take estate-sized pieces, the Museum District and Uptown add high-rise deliveries with booked elevators, and the Texas Medical Center and the Energy Corridor generate commercial work of their own. The metro spans sixty miles, humidity rarely lets up, and hurricane season can close a delivery window with a day's notice.

Goods are held in conditioned space at our Sowden Road location inside the 610 loop and delivered across the metro once the house, the clinic or the office is ready to receive it.

One team takes responsibility from the Sowden Road dock to the finished room, from The Heights and West University out to Katy and The Woodlands.

Built for Houston

We plan around the region's realities.

Two things decide a Houston delivery: the weather and the distance. Storm season can close a window at a day's notice, and a piece that sits on a trailer in August humidity will not arrive in the condition it left. Both are manageable, but only if the goods are already somewhere conditioned and the plan has a fallback.

  • Storm-season planning, with goods held securely rather than moved into an uncertain forecast
  • Conditioned receiving and storage on Sowden Road — nothing waits in Gulf Coast humidity
  • Certificates of insurance filed with Uptown and Downtown building management before the date
  • Routing planned around the 610 loop, Katy Freeway and Beltway 8 rather than nominal drive times
  • Medical, laboratory and energy-sector equipment handled with the documentation those buyers need
  • Every piece photographed on intake and visible to you in BOND as it moves through the building

“Truck Driver pay attention. The staff is really nice my appointment was at 9am and I got here at 10:30am and they didn't ask me for the appointment time. The building is really tight and before you get here make sure to take a look on Google maps satellite”

Frequently asked questions

White glove delivery in Houston.

Is there a receiving warehouse in Houston?
Yes — goods come to our Sowden Road location inside the 610 loop. Each piece is unwrapped, photographed and checked against the purchase order, then held in conditioned space until your site is ready. Carriers book an intake slot on weekdays between 9am and 3pm.
What does a receiving company actually do for a project?
It takes delivery on your behalf so nothing arrives at a house that is still a building site. Items are inspected as they land, discrepancies are raised with the vendor while they are still responsible, and everything goes in together once the room is finished.
Do you plan around hurricane season?
Yes. Between June and November a delivery date carries a fallback, and goods stay in conditioned storage rather than being moved into an uncertain forecast. Holding a piece another week costs far less than losing it to a storm.
Can you handle energy or medical equipment?
We do both. Those deliveries usually come with access constraints, documentation requirements and a commissioning window, so the paperwork and the building coordination are planned alongside the physical handling from the first site visit.
Do you serve River Oaks, Memorial and the outer suburbs?
All of them, along with Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands and Kingwood. Distance is the main cost driver here, so an order splitting across several addresses is scheduled as one route where the dates allow.
How do you protect furniture from Houston humidity?
Storage is conditioned, pieces are wrapped for transit rather than left exposed, and delivery windows avoid long waits on a loading dock. Veneer, leather and solid timber react to sustained humidity faster than most people expect.

Something landing in Houston?

Tell us what is coming and where it goes. We will take it in on Sowden Road, check it against your order, hold it out of the weather, and deliver it finished on a date that suits the project.
