1. 1. Discount Offer Details
      • Free Local Special: For delivery addresses within a 25-mile radius of any Elite Anywhere warehouse, a maximum credit of $400 will be applied toward the delivery fee. Any balance remaining over $400 is the sole responsibility of the customer.
      • Local Deliveries: $100 discount on shipments within 100 miles of the warehouse (standard tier).
      • Long-Distance Shipments: $200 discount for interstate deliveries (out of state).
      • International Shipments: $300 discount for international shipments.
   2. Eligibility and Minimum Spend
      • A minimum quote amount of $1,000.00 required to qualify for the $200 (Long-Distance) and $300 International Shipments) discounts.
      • No minimum quote amount is required for Local shipments.
      • Discounts apply only to new customers booking through Elite Anywhere during the promotional period.
   3. Discount Application and Usage
      • Automatic Application: Discounts are applied automatically by the Elite Anywhere team based on the shipment logistics submitted in the quote request. Customers are NOT required to mention or provide a promo code.
      • Non-Stackable: The discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers. The maximum applicable discount for a given shipment will be applied.
      • Per Customer Limit: The discount may be redeemed only once per customer, verified by customer name, company name, email, and delivery address.
   4. Customer Information Requirement
      • The discount is tied to the company name, customer name, delivery address, and email address provided at the time the quote is made.
      • The discount may be redeemed only once per customer, verified by the combination of customer name, company name, email, and delivery address.
   5. Expiration
      • This discount offer is valid only for quotes submitted during the President’s Day campaign period from February 9, 2026 and will automatically expire on February 16 at 11:59 PM PST.
      • The offer is valid only while space and schedule availability last.
   6. Limitations
      • One discount per quote request, per customer (verified by company name, customer name, email, and delivery address).
      • The discount is non-transferable and has no cash value.
      • Discounts apply to service charges only and do not cover taxes, additional fees, or other applicable charges.
   7. Changes and Cancellations
      • If a shipment/delivery is canceled due to customer fault, the discount will not apply to any reshipment/redelivery made after the expiration date.
      • Elite Anywhere reserves the right to modify or cancel the discount offer at any time without prior notice.
   8. Fraud Prevention
      • Elite Anywhere reserves the right to verify eligibility for each quote before applying the discount.
      • Possible fraudulent activities (but are not limited to):
        • Use of false or misleading customer or company information.
        • Attempting to redeem the same promo code multiple times under different names, emails, or delivery addresses.
        • Sharing or distributing promo codes obtained through unauthorized means.
        • Creating fake accounts or entities to bypass the one-use-per-customer rule.
        • Use of bots or automated systems to obtain and apply promo codes.
      • Any fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from the promotion and may lead to the cancellation of any affected quotes or deliveries.
   9. General Terms
      • By participating in this promotion, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
      • Elite Anywhere reserves the right to cancel quotes or deliveries if fraudulent activity is detected.
      • All decisions made by Elite Anywhere regarding this promotion are final.
