Coordinating furniture and fine art delivery across multiple locations?
For the Brahma Interiors project, we began by collecting the complete inventory, including dimensions, photos, weights, and item values for each location. We held a pre-installation call to review floor plans, placement instructions, and artwork hanging details. Our team also conducted site audits to check stairs, elevators, and building access requirements. All items were stored and pulled out at our Austin warehouse, thoroughly inspected, and documented in our inventory system, with the designer given real-time access.
We created a coordinated delivery schedule with clear windows and call-ahead notifications, then moved the furniture and art safely into the designated rooms, unpacked, assembled, and positioned everything according to the floor plans, and professionally hung all artwork and mirrors.Â
At each location, we conducted a final walkthrough with the on-site contact, took photos for documentation, and obtained Proof of Delivery signatures. Finally, a post-install call confirmed the client’s satisfaction, completing a seamless, precise, and stress-free delivery experience.
