1Discount Offer Details

This Labor Day promotion includes four tiered savings options based on move type and distance:

2Eligibility & Minimum Spend

• Free Move applies to qualifying local jobs with a declared order value up to $400, within 25 miles of any Elite Anywhere hub. No minimum spend required.
• Local ($100 off) applies to any local move. No minimum spend required.
• Long-Distance ($200 off) and International ($300 off) tiers require a minimum quote amount of $1,000.00 before discount.
• Discounts apply only to new moves booked through the Elite Anywhere Labor Day 2026 landing page between August 24, 2026 12:00 AM PT and August 28, 2026 11:59 PM PT.
• Quotes submitted before or after the offer window are not eligible.

3How to Redeem

• Submit a quote request through the Labor Day 2026 landing page at eliteanywhere.com/labor-day.
• An Elite Anywhere coordinator will review your request and confirm which tier applies based on your pickup and delivery details, typically within 24 hours on weekdays.
• The applicable discount will be applied to your quote automatically. No promo code is required.
• Each customer (verified by name, company, email, and delivery address) may redeem one Labor Day discount per move.

4Customer Information Requirement

The discount is tied to the company name, customer name, delivery address, and email address provided at the time the quote is submitted. The Labor Day discount may be redeemed only once per customer, verified by customer name, company name, email, and delivery address.

5Expiration

• This discount offer expires on August 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT.
• Quotes booked during the offer window may schedule delivery for any date within the following 90 days. The savings stay locked in at the tier you qualified for.
• The offer is valid only while space and schedule availability last.

6Limitations

• One discount per move, per customer (verified by company name, customer name, email, and delivery address).
• The discount is non-transferable and has no cash value.
• Discounts apply to service charges only and do not cover taxes, fuel surcharges, special handling fees, or other applicable charges.
• The Labor Day discount cannot be combined with other promotional discounts, trade-account pricing, or volume-based discounts. Where multiple discounts could apply, Elite Anywhere will apply whichever benefits the customer most.

7Changes & Cancellations

• If a move or delivery is canceled due to customer fault, the discount will not apply to any rebooking or redelivery made after August 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT.
• Quotes may be modified during the offer window without forfeiting the discount, provided the modified move still qualifies for the same or a lower tier.
• Elite Anywhere reserves the right to modify or cancel the discount offer at any time without prior notice.

8Fraud Prevention

Elite Anywhere reserves the right to verify eligibility for each quote before applying the discount. Possible fraudulent activities include (but are not limited to):

• Use of false or misleading customer or company information.
• Attempting to redeem the discount multiple times under different names, emails, or delivery addresses.
• Sharing or distributing access to the discount through unauthorized means.
• Creating fake accounts or entities to bypass the one-use-per-customer rule.
• Use of bots or automated systems to submit quote requests.

Any fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from the promotion and may lead to the cancellation of any affected quotes or deliveries.

9General Terms

• By participating in this promotion, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
• Elite Anywhere reserves the right to cancel quotes or deliveries if fraudulent activity is detected.
• All decisions made by Elite Anywhere regarding this promotion are final.
• Standard Elite Anywhere terms of service apply to all bookings made under this promotion.
