Ship your inventory to our highly secure and temperature-controlled storage facilities, for full unpacking, damage inspections and inventorying. 

All inventory is tracked and monitored as leaves our facilities for installation, using our inventory control system, which includes a complete photographic inventory and condition reporting.

Working with everyone from large hotel brands to hospitals and commercial designer projects, we’ve simplified the process into five steps.


In the initial discovery calls, we’ll seek to understand your true project scope, logistics needs, inventory volume, timeframes, locations as well as all parties involved.


Once we have a complete understanding of the project scope, we’ll carefully draft a proposal for all required services with a clear cost breakdown, which helps eliminate any potential change orders.


Once ordering begins, we’ll begin receiving inventory. Received items are inspected for damages, photographed and uploaded to our digital inventory software. You will be notified of any failed inspection and given the option to have the item repaired on-site.


From start to finish, communication is key. You’ll dedicated project manager will be involved with every step of the process – from receiving to being on-site during installations. Consider us an extension of your team.


Delivery, deluxing and installation. On the day of the install, all items will be delivered, deluxed and installed as agreed. From installing artwork to furniture and appliances, we’ve got you covered. When finished, we’ll remove all debris and wipe down the furniture.
